This year season has been a little bit shorter in time than past year, we started the 14th of october and we finished the 9th of november. We had less production in kg per tree, but the efficience in % increased in comparation to past year. Minor charge of fruits per tree has concentrated the organoleptic properties of the oil obtained. We hope that this year production will obtain many awards for its quality. This year the temperatures had been much higher than others, this had forced us to pick the olives before to avoid the excesive ripe of the fruit, we harvested more than 10 tons of olives per day since the 14th of october
