“Los Albardinales” is an assembly of Oil Mill, Restaurant and Olive Oil Museum. Perhaps it's the quiet location on The Tabernas' s Desert (Almeria), in Andalusia, Spain what it does confer to its Organic Olive Oil an extreme quality and an exquisite flavour.
Housed in a gorgeous Old Oil Mill dated from 1924, the restaurant has managed to combine the spirit of the old building with some smart and comfortable dinning rooms.

From here it is possible to accede to the mill plant as well as to the restaurant crossing the court which preserves the whole aspect that had this former oil-mill.
Our mill is equipped with the most sophisticated technology in two stages, thus we don’t produce liquid waste (alpechin).
All the energy we use in our company is from solar panels we have covering all the roof of the buildings. Therefore, we are self-sufficient in energy.
As well as selling our superb Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we have in our shop a great range of organic products of Almeria and Spain.
The old Factory, with its complete engine restored, is the perfect place to introduce our visitors in the Olive Oil history and to make the first tasting of “Oro del Desierto”.
