Pipirrana del Desierto
Ingredients: Dried Green Peppers, Tomato, Onion, Salt-Cod, Tuna Fish, Black Olives and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oro del Desierto.
Hidrate the peppers by boiling them slightly to eliminate the excess of salt. Pell and chop the tomato and place both ingredients an a serving dish.
Chop the onion very finely, flake the salt-cod and the tuna fish and sprinkle them over the salad. Add the olives and salt. And finally dress it with extra virgin olive oil Oro del Desierto "Lechín" which is an excellent acompaniment to this recipe with its sweet fruitiness.
It's a simple and delicious salad.
