The whole waste matter of the process (alpeorujo) is recycled:
The bone is used as fuel for the olive mill and the building central heating.
The flesh is dried and it is used to feed sheep which is integrated in the farm.
Indeed, we don't just get a maximum quality organic product but rather recycle waste matter brings it in our productive process and reducing contamination.
